Building confidence also taught me the importance of self-love. I realized that constantly comparing myself to others only created stress and self-doubt. Slowly, I started appreciating myself more and focusing on my own growth instead of seeking validation from everyone.

I began taking care of my mental peace, speaking kindly to myself, and accepting that nobody is perfect. These small mindset changes helped me feel happier, stronger, and more confident in everyday life.
